Fire Island NY.

Objective: Raise existing house above flood level and rotate towards ocean view. Add new upper decks and screened porch facing the sunset.

These Views also show the new bedroom level below (a typical upside down Fire Island House). The upper level was gutted to create a single cathedral ceiling living/dining/kitchen space.
