I sited this house on a hillside to allow for the drive-in basement garage my client wanted. A rooftop observation deck provides a panoramic view.

The Cross Section shows all four levels from the garage at the Entry Level to the observation deck at Roof Level.

This model helped the concrete subcontarctor to understand the complex foundation with integral retaining walls.
