This house sat on a deep but narrow lot. Zoning retricted the width of any addition. The new rear addition created a large master suite, a den, an outdoor deck and a roof deck accessible from the second floor. Inside the existing structure, a new kitchen replaced a bedroom and a new dining room replaced the old kitchen.
